All credit card order processing is done through Authorize.net®, a well-known leader in eCommerce and security.   Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee We are proud of the products we sell. However, we are not happy if you are not happy. If you are not satisfied with any product you have ordered from us, just send it back and we will refund 100% of your purchase price, provided the instructions below are followed. If you do decide that one or more of our products do not meet your expectations, just call (970) 669-7581. You must make this call within the first 3 days of receiving your order and the items you want to return must not have been used.   Stated Sizes and Dimensions Most of the products on our website list sizes or dimensions, for example 2.25 inch Angel in Clover. This means the HugMee is approximately 2.25 inches tall. All stated sizes and dimensions are approximate. The actual size of the item you receive may vary to some small degree. The dimensions are to be viewed (used) as a guide.   Availability All products are subject to availability and if necessary will be replaced by a similar product of equal or greater value upon customer approval. All notifications of product replacements due to availability are communicated via email. Therefore, please ensure that we have your correct email address. Return Policy Any item may be returned within 10 business days of shipping (the Ship Date on your invoice). All packing and the item itself must be returned in their original shipping condition, suitable for resale. Any items that have been used, as in placed at a cemetery are not returnable. Credit for returns are applied to the customer's credit card. Return Shipping Charge Policy In order to maintain our low prices we must ask that ALL returned items, regardless of reason for return, be paid for by the customer. In the event of damaged or incorrect shippments, we will ship out a replacement or the correct product at our expense ONLY after we have received the returned item(s), no exceptions. Incorrect Shipments Incorrect shipments will be replaced at no charge. Damaged Shipments Merchandise that arrives damaged, must be reported to us immediately (with in 24 to 72 hours of receiving your package). Damaged shipments will be replaced at no charge.     Shipping Policy We will ship to Postal Boxes, but only through the U.S. Postal Service for an extra fee per order. Fee is listed when placing your order. Due to the US Postal Service raising the post fees and for charging by deminsional weight, it is recommended that you do not choose to ship to a PO Box. In most cases it will cost you more than shipping via UPS or FedEx. Due fuel surcharges by the shipping companies such as UPS, ALL orders are subject to additional shipping charges up to $9.00. All orders, from within the Continental USA, will be shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air or may be mailed through U.S. Postal Service. All orders shipping outside the Continental U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska, may be charged additional shipping fees. After you have placed your order, HugMees.com will send you an email confirming the final cost and wait for your return email and approval before shipment. Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated base on a combination of total weight, total number items in your order, number or individual boxes shipped and box sizes. When you proceed to the checkout, shipping will be estimated for you. When you reach the order summary page, just before submitting and completing your order, you will see a final estimate for shipping cost on your order. However as stated above ALL orders are subject to additional shipping charges up to $9.00. If we need to charge more to cover our cost, we will email or call you first. If you do not response to our email or phone call within 5 business days, we will cancel your order. We reserve the right to change Shipping Rates at any time.   Privacy Policy Under NO circumstances will we send you unauthorized emails, mail, or phone calls. We will NEVER sell, lease, or rent your information. We do not keep your credit card information on file. All credit card information is passed on to Authorize.net for processing. Once you place an order with us you are automatically authorizing us to contact you in regards to your order. We will in every way protect your information from theft.   Security HugMees For Headstones does not keep your credit card information on file! Our website uses  256 bit secure sockets layer encription communication channel between you and our web server. All credit card transactions are processed through Authorize.net®. Authorize.net® has state of the art encryption software to protect your credit card information. We feel Authorize.net® is the most secure way to process Internet credit card transactions.   Tax Information Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped to Colorado.   Hours Of Operation HugMees.com is a company that conducts 60% of its business via our website. You may call (970) 669-7581 at anytime, customer service agents will answer your calls during regular business hours, 8am-5pm MST. After business hours you may leave a message, and customer service will return your call within 24 hours.
